After all, who wants to pay an hourly rate to have a technition sit there and stare at your screen during a virus scan or a hard drive being re-formatted?
We only implement a modest "minimum charge" to come to your home or place of business to evaluate your needs and if it is repairable within the first hour, that is all you pay!
If a problem requires extra time or parts, a "package price" will be quoted for the entire job.
In some cases we bring the faulty equipment to our "tech bench" to repair. We then return to set it up and configure it on your environment, all for the same quoted price.
